Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I still use the TeamSnap mobile app?
Yes, absolutely. This portal is a convenient alternative for core functions, but it does not replace the TeamSnap app. You should still use the official TeamSnap app for team chat, availability tracking, and other detailed management features. Any changes made in this portal (like a rescheduled game) will be automatically reflected in your TeamSnap app.
Why can’t I see my team?
The portal is configured to only show current, active teams within Two River Little League. Teams from past seasons or other leagues will not appear here.
Why is a player’s email missing on the roster page?
The email shown on the main roster list is the player’s own TeamSnap account email. If that is blank, it means the player has not set up their own account. You can always find parent/guardian emails and phone numbers by clicking the player’s name.
